Responsibilities
Responsible for learning OSHA safety programs and systems; operations business processes, systems & tools; and performance management
Collaborates with all frontline managers to learn the day-to-day business operations (i.e. Warehouse Manager, Transportation Manager, Inventory Manager, District Sales Managers)
Works with safety to continue to create a safety conscious culture
Completes the assigned Perform curriculum and all other assigned trainings
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
4 years of warehouse or related experience
4 years experience in a leadership role
Preferred
Bachelor's degree is Supply Chain, Business or related field is preferred
1-2 years of leadership experience in the warehouse, transportation, or distribution field is preferred
Experience in foodservice, wholesale, retail or convenience is highly desired
OSHA Forklift operator certificate
