Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) in alignment with contract requirements, organizational standards, and applicable regulations
Provide an independent assessment of project execution to evaluate whether system development, IT, or operational activities are being performed in accordance with defined processes and quality standards
Conduct quality audits, reviews, and assessments of project deliverables, processes, and documentation; identify compliance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Develop and implement quality assurance procedures, checklists, test plans, and validation activities to support quality control across assigned projects
Analyze project data, metrics, and documentation to identify trends, defects, or process issues; recommend corrective actions and process improvements
Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal project teams to support successful project delivery while maintaining independence in quality assessment and reporting
Support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities, including requirements analysis, documentation development, and status reporting, as appropriate to the engagement
Prepare and deliver clear, professional reports, briefings, and presentations summarizing QA findings, risks, and recommendations for project leadership and clients
Ensure project activities and deliverables comply with contractual, regulatory, and organizational requirements, supporting internal and external audit activities as needed
Serve as a subject matter resource for quality assurance methodologies, standards, and best practices within consulting engagements
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance project performance, quality, and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, or related field required
Minimum of 4 year of experience in a related field
Experience supporting complex projects required
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
This position requires the employee to be a US Citizen and may require the ability to obtain a security clearance
Preferred
Experience in healthcare or government consulting preferred
