Responsibilities

Recommendations for process or practice improvement within the Systems Engineering Organization

Communication within Systems Engineering and across other engineering disciplines

Experience with requirements management, and requirements management tools. (IBM Rational DOORS and/or JAMA)

Support/lead integration and test of electronic systems and related hardware/software/firmware subsystems/sub-components/products

Support/lead data analysis and modeling and simulation to find underlying root cause of issue and/or to guide design

Present work to multi-disciplinary team and internal/external customers

Required

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 0 - 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience

Active security clearance

Experience with commercial RF/EE test equipment/devices (e.g. signal generator, spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, network analyzer, attenuators, amplifiers, etc.)

Experience generating requirements at various levels of the system and flowing down requirements to sub-systems/sub-components
