Responsibilities

Architect, deploy, and maintain endpoints, storage, and network hardware across multiple clients

Oversee hardware lifecycle management, including improving, maintaining, and expanding the asset management system, as well as managing upgrades, patching, and end‑of‑life transitions

Ensure high availability and optimal performance of physical infrastructure through proactive monitoring, testing, and tuning

Develop, document, and enforce hardware standards and governance processes

Integrate hardware platforms with virtualization, backup, and monitoring systems

Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware‑related issues, including performance bottlenecks and system failures

Provide mentorship and technical leadership to engineering staff and cross‑functional teams

Lead and coordinate infrastructure projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery

Supervise and guide the Infrastructure Hardware team, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of configured and repaired hardware and assets
