Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 10–12 quota-carrying sales professionals through regular one-on-ones, ride-alongs, and performance check-ins
Establish a repeatable sales operating system: refine stages, strengthen qualification criteria, and hard-wire CRM discipline for accurate dashboards and forecasts
Partner closely with Operations and Finance to align capacity, pricing, and margin goals, ensuring a seamless hand-off from signed contract to flawless delivery
Personally engage on high-impact opportunities—shaping strategy, negotiating terms, and removing roadblocks to close complex, multi-site deals
Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent to keep the bench deep and performance consistent as the territory scales
Translate data into action by monitoring KPIs, spotting trends early, and presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Champion a customer-first culture that turns every interaction into a competitive advantage and drives long-term contract renewals

Required

10+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership within service-oriented, route-based, or facilities-focused businesses
Proven success managing a team of at least eight sellers and elevating underperformers through hands-on coaching
Track record of building or enforcing CRM hygiene (HubSpot or comparable) and delivering forecast accuracy the C-suite can trust
Comfortable navigating both strategic planning and tactical deal support in a fast-growth, highly visible environment
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn dashboards into decisive actions that improve win rates, cycle time, and deal quality
Exceptional communicator who can earn credibility with field technicians one moment and present to the board the next

Preferred

Experience in life-safety, building systems, or other compliance-driven service sectors
Exposure to PE-backed operating models
Designing incentive plans
