Responsibilities

To diagnose computer problems and perform repairs on electronic equipment
Able to install software and perform tests on computer equipment and programs
Able to monitor computer processing systems
Able to perform scheduled maintenance on all electronic equipment on campus
Have a broad understanding of hardware and software, operating systems, and basic computer programming

Qualification

Network technology knowledgeElectronics troubleshootingMicrosoft Office proficiencyCritical thinking skillsCommunication skills

Required

Will require a knowledge of network technology and operations
Microsoft Office proficiency with emphasis on Excel and Access
Electronics/PC troubleshooting knowledge and on the job experience
Frequent interaction with users across campus and will require good communication skills
Critical thinking/analytical problem solving skills
May be required to teach others how to use various applications
