Responsibilities
Manage large-scale, cross-functional technical programs with a focus on cloud computing, infrastructure, and security compliance
Partner with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to define OKRs, KPIs, and success metrics for programs
Establish and track measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives
Define program goals, establish roadmaps, and drive execution across multiple engineering teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and deliverables
Manage risk, dependencies, and trade-offs across complex programs
Drive performance, scalability, and reliability improvements in products and infrastructure
Partner with teams globally to ensure localization, globalization, and market readiness for products and services
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in engineering program management, technical leadership, or similar roles within top technology companies
Extensive experience in cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and large-scale distributed systems
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
Proven ability to manage strategic initiatives impacting multiple business units and global markets
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with machine learning, search technologies, and data-driven products is highly desirable
Background in hardware/software engineering or product development
Experience in globalization and localization strategies for large-scale consumer products
Familiarity with performance and scalability engineering practices
