Assist with trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution and enforcement

Work with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy
Qualification
Required
well-developed skills in U.S. and international trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution and enforcement
