Responsibilities

Assists the RBs with new loan requests, loan renewals and annual reviews

Assists RBs with the loan closing process

Assists the RBs with, including but not limited to, portfolio management, working the maturing loan report and the collateral and financial statement exception reports

Provides customer service to outside sources including attorneys, accountants and insurance companies through electronic means and oral communication

Provides customer service to RBs by helping manage their loan portfolio so they can meet sales obligations outside the Bank

Effectively communicates with internal customers and internal banking areas including upper approving authorities such as the Senior RB, Regional Senior Credit Officer, Chief Credit Officer and other Executives

Required

High School Graduate or GED

Two years of banking or related experience

Must have good communication skills (both written and oral) to effectively communicate with different departments and with customers

Must be organized, efficient, a forward thinker, and a multi-tasker

Must be proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software programs

Preferred

Post High School Education or more than 2 years of related experience
