Assistant Project Accountant

Construction
Responsibilities
Assisting with the preparation and submission of invoices for the assigned project
Assisting with the review and process of subcontractor applications of payment and general condition invoices for payment
Data entry, including owner billings, subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders
Payment of general payables
Gathers and distributes information
Qualification
Required
1+ years of accounting experience
1+ years of experience with data Processing of invoices, electronic filing, emails, etc
General understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Practices and cost accounting
Proficiency in software such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Candidate is required to work on-site in an office setting
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (U.S. citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee) to be employed in the United States
