This role involves collaborating with engineering and program management teams to ensure successful launch campaigns and compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Drive engineering project execution throughout launch campaigns, make technical trade-offs, track and report on status, and resolve blocking issues
Oversee project plans for launch vehicle and dispenser system providers
Observe launch integration activities at the payload processing facility / launch site
Collaborate with payload processing facility stakeholders and drive requirements to closure
Collaborate with internal stakeholders responsible for delivering satellites to the launch site and satellite handling during integration activities
Work with satellite subsystems product/program management to ensure that Range Safety compliance is met
Assist with the planning and execution of efficient launch campaigns
Assist with managing a complex schedule developed with internal and external stakeholders
Effectively communicate orally and in writing
Develop technical proficiency with satellite integration

Required

Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
Enrolled in a full time Bachelor's degree program in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering (ME/AE), or related field
Involved in extracurricular activities at school
Interested in pursuing a career in aerospace

Currently in Sophmore or Junior year of College
Involved in engineering or leadership extracurricular activities
