Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities of clinical research studies
Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants
Obtain and document informed consent
Ensure strict adherence to study protocols and regulatory guidelines
Maintain accurate and up-to-date study records and documentation
Liaise with investigators, clinical staff, CROs, and sponsors
Ensure participant safety
Support all aspects of study visits and follow-up procedures
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
Strong knowledge of GCP, Informed Consent procedures, and Protocol compliance
Previous experience managing clinical trials across various phases and indications
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
Proficiency in clinical trial software and electronic data capture systems
Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
