Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle family law litigation including discovery, trial preparation, and witness examination
Manage client relationships from consultation through case resolution with high satisfaction
Work collaboratively with a team of skilled legal professionals to deliver top-tier service
Represent clients in complex cases involving professionals, businesses, and high-net-worth estates
Participate in firm growth by bringing in and signing new clients from provided leads
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of Texas family law trial experience required
Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
Strong knowledge of family law litigation, discovery, and courtroom advocacy
Excellent communication, organization, and client management skills
Motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a competitive yet positive environment
