Responsibilities

Training Program Development: Design and manager structured learning tracks for Commissioning Engineers, including growth paths and skills assessments. Create and deliver training materials in collaboration with internal teams and GAP Academy

Mentorship & Performance Support: Mentor and coach engineers to support skills development. Set annual goals, conduct assessments, and assist with hiring and retention planning

Customer Training: Modernize and deliver engaging customer training through various formats (in-person, virtual, and video). Plan and execute training sessions tailored to customer needs

Continuous Improvement: Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt methods to improve learning outcomes
