Qualification
Required
At least 18 years of age or older
Foot patrols and some mobile patrols throughout the entire shift
High school diploma or equivalent
Non-commissioned security license through the state of Texas required!
Strong customer service skills
Familiarity with report writing
Monitoring and surveillance experience
Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
At least 3 years of face-to-face customer service experience (retail, hospitality, front desk, or other people-focused roles)
Excellent attendance and reliability. Our clients depend on us to be present and on time for every shift
Reliable transportation to and from work is required
Preferred
Bi-lingual considered a plus
Evening, overnight, and weekend availability
