Responsibilities

Client contact; drafting correspondence; reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills; preparing discovery requests and responses; tracking documents produced and received in discovery; doing internet and social media research; making public records requests; electronic filing; assisting with PIP claims; assisting with lien resolution; trial preparation

Required

Minimum of five years of PI paralegal experience required

Experience: personal injury law: 2 years (Required); paralegal or legal assistant: 5 years (Required)

Experienced using Word, Word Perfect, and Adobe Acrobat and interested in learning new technologies

Smart, kind, conscientious, hard-working, and ethical, and who is willing to pitch in to help out colleagues when needed
