Following all established processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
Clearly communicating policies, products, and services to members
Demonstrating honesty, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions
Qualification
Required
1-2 years prior experience working in a financial institution required
Preferred
Prior Credit Union experience preferred
Prior experience in a face-to-face service role preferred
