Responsibilities

Execute equity trades in accordance with firm policies and market best practices

Monitor market activity, identify trading opportunities, and manage orders efficiently for PM's

Assist in trade reconciliation (if required), reporting, and performance analysis (TCA)

Maintain discipline and organization in all aspects of trade execution and workflow

Collaborate with technology and operations teams to ensure system efficiency and accuracy

Continuously seek to improve trading processes, market knowledge, and technical proficiency
