Responsibilities
Defining and delivering the national HR strategy in line with global and regional objectives
Leading and inspiring the HR function, building capability and embedding a culture of excellence
Driving organisational design, transformation and workforce planning initiatives
Strengthening leadership capability through strategic talent management, succession planning and development programmes
Embedding strong HR governance, policy frameworks and best-practice standards across the organisation
Championing cultural transformation, employee engagement and DE&I principles
Ensuring compliance with Moroccan labour law and maintaining effective employee relations
Acting as a trusted advisor to the executive team, influencing decisions and shaping organisational direction
Qualification
Required
Significant experience at HR Director or Senior HR Leadership level within a multinational or complex matrix environment
Deep knowledge of the Moroccan labour landscape and regional HR challenges
A proven track record of leading transformation, organisational development and cultural change
Strong executive presence, exceptional stakeholder influencing skills and strategic thinking
Fluency in French and English; Arabic is advantageous
A forward-looking mindset and the resilience to lead through complexity and growth
