Enforcement Detection Analyst, YouTube
Google is seeking an Enforcement Detection Analyst for YouTube's Trust & Safety team, which is dedicated to ensuring a safe environment for users and content creators. The role involves identifying and removing disruptive content and users quickly, utilizing data analysis and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies and solutions to enforce YouTube content policies at scale. Leverage Machine Learning (ML), as appropriate
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and partners in engineering, product and policy to drive anti-abuse solutions involving and impacting various cross-functional areas
Provide rapid incident response for abuse problems, operating separately. Analyze and draw conclusions on root-causes and define and implement mitigation step
Learn technical concepts and systems and deliver meaningful results using them. Communicate technical results and methods clearly
Design and refine prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve their accuracy in identifying and classifying abusive content and behavior
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
1 year of experience in data analysis using SQL, including identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data
1 year of experience in anti-abuse or trust and safety operations
Experience working with large language models (LLMs)
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders to gather requirements, explain models and iterate to make improvements
Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills with an experience in making operational improvements and solving problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
