Opening accounts
Helping our members with their basic financial transactions (such as conducting deposits and withdrawals, posting credit card payments and balance transfers, receiving debit card and check orders, etc.) accurately and efficiently
Providing information about products and services to members in order to serve their financial needs
Qualification
Required
a high school diploma or equivalent
customer service skills
cash handling
good computer skills (including the ability to use Microsoft Office products and web-based applications)
the ability to follow lengthy procedures for account opening
the ability to describe and sell products and services to members
the ability to change focus efficiently in a fast-paced environment
a desire to help others in your community
Preferred
one to three years of similar or related experience
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
