Collaborate with seasoned mentors and excel in a supportive team setting
Initiate client interactions via phone to understand their needs
Schedule and lead virtual consultations (via Zoom or phone) for comprehensive discussions
Design personalized insurance quotes to meet each client's needs
Present effective solutions to close sales and provide customized insurance plans
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales, either as a professional or a newcomer
Ability to collaborate with mentors and work in a team setting
Skills to initiate client interactions via phone
Capability to schedule and lead virtual consultations (via Zoom or phone)
Experience in designing personalized insurance quotes
Ability to present effective solutions to close sales and provide customized insurance plans
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Willingness to work as a 1099 independent contractor
Understanding that compensation is commission-based only
