The role involves coordinating tutoring schedules, onboarding new tutors, and delivering customer service while ensuring high-quality tutoring practices and monitoring student progress.
Education Management
Responsibilities
Organizing and scheduling tutoring sessions for students based on their needs and availability
Supporting tutors to ensure high-quality tutoring practices
Speaking with potential clients about our programs, closing business, and providing ongoing support
Monitoring student progress and maintaining communication with parents and stakeholders
Gathering feedback from students and tutors to continually improve the tutoring program
Utilizing data to report on the effectiveness of tutoring initiatives and making recommendations for program improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Familiarity with structure, timing, and admissions time lines related to SAT/ACT and SSAT/ISEE admissions tests
Previous experience in tutoring or educational program coordination
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for education and a commitment to supporting student success
Familiarity with various educational tools and online learning platforms
