InternSouth32 Hermosa is seeking an Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene Intern to support workforce health and risk management systems. The intern will contribute to the development and improvement of programs aimed at promoting a safe work environment, including conducting exposure monitoring and analyzing data.

Responsibilities
Perform routine care, maintenance, and calibration of exposure monitoring equipment to ensure accurate and reliable data collection
Conduct occupational exposure monitoring activities using scientifically established industrial hygiene methods
Review and analyze using appropriate mathematical and statistical methods exposure monitoring data to assess risks, identify trends, and support corrective actions
Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing exposure monitoring results and recommendations for risk mitigation
Collaborate with health and safety professionals to support continuous improvement of occupational health and industrial hygiene programs
Qualification
Required
Support workforce health, exposure mitigation, and associated risk management systems
Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of programs that promote a safe and healthy work environment
Perform routine care, maintenance, and calibration of exposure monitoring equipment to ensure accurate and reliable data collection
Conduct occupational exposure monitoring activities using scientifically established industrial hygiene methods
