AVP – Business Development (BFS / Financial Services)
ALOIS Solutions is seeking a senior individual contributor to drive pure new business acquisition within the Banking & Financial Services sector. This role focuses on winning new logos by selling Consulting, Advisory, Analytics, and BPO solutions.
Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and close new BFS clients (new logos only)
Own the entire new business sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
Build and maintain C-level relationships with banks, fintechs, credit unions, and payments firms
Lead RFPs, proposals, pricing, and negotiations
Understand client challenges and position digital, analytics, and transformation solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to create winning solutions and proposals
Consistently achieve or exceed new business revenue targets
Qualification
Required
10+ years overall experience with 6+ years in BFS consulting/BPO new business sales
Proven success in pure hunter / new logo sales roles
Experience selling Consulting, Advisory, Analytics, or BPO services
Strong domain knowledge in Banking, Cards, Payments, or Fintech
Ability to engage and influence senior and C-suite executives
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Working knowledge of Digital, Cloud, Analytics, and SaaS solutions
Bachelor's or Master's degree
Willingness to travel as required
