Responsibilities

Identify and Develop Opportunities: Strategically prospect and engage owners and managers to uncover opportunities where Meevo can optimize operations, client engagement, and growth
Lead Consultative Sales Conversations: Conduct discovery sessions to understand each business's needs—whether around POS workflows, membership programs, scheduling, or client retention—and tailor product demos that highlight how Meevo drives efficiency and profitability
Manage Full Sales Cycles: Own the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach to close, collaborating closely with Marketing, Education, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless experience
Build Relationships That Last: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers—including owners, service providers, and administrators—serving as a trusted advisor who understands both the operational and business sides of the industry
Track and Forecast with Precision: Accurately manage pipelines and forecasts in Salesforce and other CRM tools, maintaining visibility into opportunities and performance metrics
Stay Ahead of the Industry: Stay informed on trends, evolving treatment offerings, and competitive technology to position Meevo as the preferred business platform for the modern salon/spa/MedSpa
Represent at Industry Events: Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to strengthen brand presence, build relationships, and expand the sales pipeline
Collaborate for Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs, feature requests, and industry shifts to enhance the Meevo platform’s alignment with beauty industry business models

Required

2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in or related to the salon/spa industry, wellness, or beauty technology space
Proven success selling to mid-market organizations and managing complex, consultative sales cycles
Skilled in uncovering business needs, creating ROI-driven proposals, and presenting tailored technology solutions to executive-level stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to connect with both clinical and business audiences
Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRM systems to manage and track opportunities
Self-starter with exceptional organization, a growth mindset, and a passion for helping beauty industry professionals scale their success through innovation

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
Familiarity with MedSpa operations, including scheduling, memberships, patient management, or EMR/POS systems, is a strong plus
