Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory
Build and optimize data workflows and transformations in Databricks
Design and implement data models to support analytics and reporting
Create and manage Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with organizational standards
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to deliver actionable insights
Qualification
Required
Possess a Bachelors and/or Masters Degree from an accredited institution
Must have valid work authorization that does not currently and/or will not require future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the US by Sogeti-Capgemini
5+ years of experience in data engineering roles (mid/senior level)
Strong proficiency with: Azure Data Factory, Databricks and Power BI
Solid understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and cloud-based data architecture
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Programming experience in Python or Scala for data processing
Knowledge of data governance and security best practices
Preferred
Experience in the insurance industry (property & casualty preferred)
Familiarity with Azure Synapse Analytics or similar cloud data warehouses
