Product Marketing Lead
Gymdesk is one of the fastest-growing platforms in the martial arts and boutique fitness software space, and they are seeking a Product Marketing Lead to own the story, shape the market, and influence growth targets. This role involves driving revenue, guiding product direction, and providing sales enablement through competitive intelligence and effective messaging.

Responsibilities
You’ll make our sales team closers by giving them:
Monthly battlecards
Competitive deep dives
Live training on how to win each gym type
Updated scripts + objection handling
Deal support when stakes are high
You will be in the trenches listening to calls, spotting patterns, and fixing gaps before sales even asks
You will define how Gymdesk wins across:
BJJ
Striking Arts
Cross-training fitness
Yoga/Pilates
Multi-location fitness gyms
You will tell the world why we’re the best choice, and you will keep that story sharp as the market evolves
You’ll make us the most informed company in our industry by:
Tracking competitor moves in real time
Tearing down their funnels, messaging, sales scripts, and product differences
Sending proactive intel to sales, product, and leadership
Building a running 'industry brief' to keep the company one step ahead
You will know the space better than anyone here
You’ll partner with our team to:
Rebuild our website messaging by gym type
Improve trial funnel conversion with improved messaging
Write value-driven content and headlines
Ensure every single page tells a compelling story
You own the message, the narrative, and the clarity
You’ll produce:
1–2 new case studies per month
Metric-driven, story-led content
Product videos, testimonials, and proof points to power paid ads, sales, and landing pages
You’ll become the person who knows our customers deeply
You’ll:
Own go-to-market for feature releases
Push product direction based on market/competitor gaps
Communicate what matters to gym owners
Ensure releases are clear, predictable, and revenue-aligned
You will influence the product, not wait for the product
Qualification
Required
5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing
Exceptional storyteller and communicator
Fast operator
Comfortable interviewing customers and building proof-driven stories
Able to craft a deck that actually sells
Obsessed with understanding the market, competitors, and positioning
Collaborative but not dependent
Preferred
Experience in vertical SaaS
Experience in fitness, martial arts, sports, or community-driven categories
Worked directly with SDR/AE teams before
