Assistant Director 49er Intensive Transition Program
The University of North Carolina at Charlotte is seeking an Assistant Director for the 49er Intensive Transition Program. This role is responsible for holistic program development, including marketing, recruitment, and evaluation, as well as supervising peer mentors and teaching courses in the First-Year Seminar Program.
Responsibilities
Responsible for holistic program development for the 49er Intensive Transition Program (FIT) campus-wide, including program marketing, recruitment, implementation, evaluation, and assessment of program impact
Supervise peer mentors associated with the program
Responsible for course teaching in the First-Year Seminar Program
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Counseling, Student Affairs, Education, or comparable
One year of experience in a university setting
Experience conducting presentations or workshops
Excellent written and oral communication skills
