Responsibilities
Represent the venue with professionalism and courtesy, serving as a welcoming first point of contact for guests
Check guest badges to ensure appropriate access to designated event areas
Scan, collect, and accurately count tickets for various public shows and events
Manage and guide patron lines to support smooth and efficient event entry
Assist guests with general wayfinding and provide event-specific wayfinding support to ensure guests reach their intended destinations with ease
Provide timely communication with lead and management to report any issues that may arise
Assist patrons with coat and luggage check services
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a high school diploma, or GED, and
One year of experience working directly with the general public in a high volume situation. (this could look like retail or fast food experience) or
Any combination of education and experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the classification duties and responsibilities
Preferred
Able to work a variety of shifts to meet the needs of the business and be dependable
Experience in a public venue or a multi-purpose event facility
At least 2 years' experience in a front-facing customer service position within the last 3 years
