Qualification
Required
Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript
Experience with a modern FE framework (React preferred)
Comfortable across the stack (70/30 FE or BE OK; 50/50 fine)
East Coast hours availability
3+ years post-grad full-stack engineering
Experience at high-growth startups (pre-Series C)
Ability to demonstrate shipped code and impact
1+ years at early-stage startup (Series C or earlier)
Preferred
Healthcare/healthtech exposure (not required, mission alignment valued)
