The role involves executing and analyzing microscopy-based assays to understand therapeutic targeting and mechanisms of action, working collaboratively with imaging scientists, histologists, and pathologists.

Responsibilities
Assist with the execution and analysis of microscopy-based cell, organoid, and tissue assays
Work with a cross functional team of imaging scientists, histologists, and pathologists
Prepare common stock solutions
Maintain and prepare cell cultures
Perform immunofluorescence staining of samples (cultured cells, tissue sections, and 3D samples)
Acquire data using both automated and human-interactive microscopy systems
Organize and analyze image data
Operate an automated liquid handling system for sample preparation as needed
Conduct work independently following consultation with senior lab members
Present work within the department and at cross functional project meetings
Qualification
Required
M.S. degree in cell and molecular biology or a related field
2+ years of laboratory experience
Experience with cell culture
General molecular biology techniques
Immunostaining
Basic fluorescence microscopy
Excellent time management skills
Record keeping and communication skills
Willingness to learn new techniques
Preferred
Experience with complex in vitro models (organoids or lab-on-a-chip systems)
Advanced microscopy techniques such as confocal and super resolution
Comprehensive image analysis including AI-based approaches
