New Grad, Entry LevelDK Turbines is seeking a Customer Service/Sales representative to respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service. The role involves problem-solving, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring accurate data entry while upholding the organization's core values.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer telephone inquiries, provide prompt and courteous customer service
Problem-solve with customers and serve as a point of contact for customer issues within the company
Assist customers with quotes and inquiries on availability of inventory
Follow up with customers in outstanding quotes
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and vendors
Protect customer information in accordance with privacy laws
Respond and manage difficult customer situations in a professional manner
Input accurate customer data into database system
Assist with shipping of customers’ orders
Communicate with Manager and Supervisor on customers concerns
Qualification
Required
Must possess a valid unrestricted driver's license
Must have a High School diploma or GED
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, computer software & internet proficiency
Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and management
Capability to work independently with strong attention to detail
Ability to work on a fast pace environment
Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks
Experience in Shipping and Receiving
Candidate must be able to read, understand, and write English
Candidate must be reliable, punctual, and flexible
Candidate must be able to multi-task, respect, and maintain confidentiality
Candidate must be ethical and trustworthy with sensitive information
Candidate must be service oriented and able to work at a fast pace and handle stress and problematic issues well with a good attitude
Candidate must be able to communicate effectively and work within a team-focused environment
Candidate must be respectful of diverse populations and cultures
Candidate must have an outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED
A valid unrestricted driver's license, clean driving record
Must be available full-time
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Customer service background (preferred but not required)
Basic MS Office knowledge, computer software & internet proficiency
Experience in packaging parts shipments
