Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
Represent clients in trials, hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings
Provide detailed legal advice and counsel to clients
Negotiate settlements and assist in dispute resolution
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to develop litigation strategies
Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Ensure compliance with all legal, procedural, and ethical requirements
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3+ years of Civil litigation experience
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Experience with trial preparation, courtroom proceedings, and depositions
Excellent oral communication, negotiation, and client counseling abilities
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases
Familiarity with local, state, and federal laws and court procedures
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Member in good standing of the Minnesota State Bar
