Product Marketing Manager, Content

They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for creating compelling content that communicates product value and benefits to various audiences, while collaborating across multiple teams to ensure consistency in messaging.

Responsibilities
Craft benefit‑led messaging across formats: campaigns, social posts, blog articles, landing pages, case studies, pitch decks, video scripts, one‑pagers, and more
Refine and evolve Aptean’s tone and voice to engage diverse B2B audiences through consistent storytelling
Maintain a centralized, searchable repository of current assets with clear version control
Capture and synthesize customer anecdotes and market insights to inform GTM decisions, product prioritization, and value propositions
Partner with Account Management, Product, Creative, Central Marketing, and Growth/Field teams to maintain consistent messaging and uphold brand standards
Lead a streamlined content review process, engaging Legal and Corporate/Global Comms to meet compliance and regulatory requirements
Manage multiple high‑impact content initiatives simultaneously—meeting deadlines, ensuring quality, and adapting to shifting priorities
Own the content calendar, production roadmap, and delivery workflows; keep stakeholders aligned and informed
Establish and run a clear content intake process for PMMs and key stakeholders to enable timely creation
Qualification
Required
Excellent writer with the proven ability to create benefits and value driven messages
Adept at using generative AI tools and agents to accelerate meaningful content production
Strategic content professional who blends creativity with structure; storyteller with a product marketing mindset
Comfortable balancing brand integrity, compliance, and business goals
Curious, collaborative, and passionate about scaling best‑in‑class content for external audiences and internal teams
Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with a track record of success in fast‑paced environments
Innovative thinker who embraces continuous improvement and experimentation
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
Experience with AI, ERP or Supply Chain preferred
5+ years in content management or product marketing content; experience in international/matrix organizations preferred
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling; adept at tailoring for diverse audiences
Demonstrated expertise in multi‑channel content development for product marketing and sales enablement
B2B (or B2B2C) industry experience
Strong organizational skills; experienced managing multiple projects concurrently
Proven success collaborating across functions in a global, deadline‑driven environment
Creative, strategic mindset with a passion for innovation in content marketing; comfortable using insights to guide decisions
