The Territory Manager will build relationships with healthcare providers to promote sleep care services and drive referrals to their digital clinic, playing a vital role in enhancing access to care for patients with sleep disorders.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinics to drive referrals to the digital sleep clinic
Promote sleep care services, especially for patients with sleep apnea, by educating providers and organizing lunch & learns
Create awareness across the territory
Track referral activity and share insights with internal teams
Play a hands-on role in shaping how we grow

Qualification

Required

2+ years in healthcare, either in partnerships, provider relations, or sales
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Strong understanding of healthcare referral processes
Experience with CRM systems (we use Hubspot) and data reporting tools
A genuine passion for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes

Preferred

Existing network of primary care providers
Knowledge of sleep health, mainly sleep apnea
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
Strategic and entrepreneurial approach to territory management
Adaptability in a fast-growing healthcare and tech environment
Track record of exceeding partnership or sales goals
