Qualification
Required

Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
Customer service mindset with a focus on seamless support
Problem-solving abilities to resolve issues quickly
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with HR systems preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive data
