Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to execute their creative vision across shows and formats
Edit YouTube-first content from raw footage to final delivery, balancing tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
Maintain and elevate the visual language of our brand across all videos
Organize and manage project files in Premiere Pro, ensuring efficiency across versions and handoffs
Stay on top of trends, memes, and editing styles within digital-first content to keep our shows fresh and culturally relevant
Provide thoughtful input on story structure, pacing, and tone to strengthen overall narrative impact
Occasionally provide input with color correction, thumbnails, and other production tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience editing YouTube or digital-first content, with a portfolio or samples you're proud to share
Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Ability to work fast without compromising quality—tight turnarounds are part of the game
Exceptional storytelling instincts, with an eye for pacing, structure, and engagement
Familiar with the YouTube platform and digital content landscape
Clear communicator, highly organized, and adaptable as priorities shift
Fast—in a way that impresses people. When something is needed in the morning, it's often delivered that same afternoon, and it's done right
Preferred
Experience with color correction, LUTs, or working on set
Familiarity with Caleb Hammer, Financial Audit and any other top youtube podcasts
