Growth Marketing Manager
Geneo United is transforming the professional aesthetics market with innovative technologies. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own demand generation and performance marketing, collaborating closely with various teams to drive measurable pipeline growth.

Responsibilities
Own paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels driving MQL volume and quality
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns tied to clear KPIs: MQLs, CPL, CAC, and pipeline contribution
Partner with Brand and Content to translate positioning into high-converting ads, not generic performance copy
Continuously test creative, messaging, audiences, and offers with clear hypotheses
Own landing page strategy across HubSpot and website experiences
Build and optimize custom HubSpot landing pages for paid traffic, webinars, and campaigns
Analyze drop-off points and conversion bottlenecks across the funnel
A/B test across tactics and segmentations to uncover key strategy insights
Make UX and copy recommendations grounded in data
Build and optimize lead nurture flows for different audiences (leads, providers, device owners, consumers)
Partner with Content to align emails, webinars, and promos with funnel stage and intent
Improve conversion from MQL → Opportunity through smarter segmentation and timing
Own growth dashboards and reporting across HubSpot, Google Analytics, and ad platforms
Track and report on performance weekly and monthly, including insights and recommendations
Tie marketing performance back to revenue impact, not vanity metrics
Support forecasting and budget planning with data-backed recommendations
Work closely with Sales to align on lead quality, follow-up, and pipeline feedback
Partner with Product and Education to support launches, promotions, and new initiatives
Collaborate with Brand and Content, without needing heavy oversight or rewrites
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of experience in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing
2-4 years proven experience owning paid media budgets and reporting on financial impact on Google Ads and Meta Ads
Deep familiarity with CRMs, workflows, automations and analytics tools
Hands on experience with SEO & SEM and website traffic analytics
Strong UX and conversion instincts, you know what 'good' looks like and why
Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with changing priorities
Preferred
Experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, health tech, or devices
Experience supporting both B2B and B2C growth motions
Experience scaling campaigns tied to webinars, demos, or high-consideration purchases
Understanding of AEO/GEO
Certifications in Google Ads & Analytics, Meta Blueprint, and HubSpot Inbound or Loop Marketing
