Troubleshoot and maintain network and Linux-based systems in POS/back-office environments
Configure and secure network infrastructure (firewall rules, routing, diagnostics)
Deploy and support software/hardware for clients
Rotate through QA, Support, and CRM roles to expand your skills
Document solutions to help the whole team
Qualification
Required
Proven networking experience, including LAN/WAN configuration, firewall rules, subnetting, and solid understanding of the OSI model
Proficiency with network diagnostic tools (wireshark, tcpdump) and route table management
Strong Linux administration skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and clear written/verbal communication
Based in — or willing to relocate to — Twin Falls, ID
Preferred
Experience with SQL
Experience with TypeScript
Experience with POS systems
Experience with Software Quality Assurance testing
