Responsibilities
Set up, run, and optimize CNC mills and/or lathes
Edit and optimize G-code at the machine and through CAD/CAM
Work with Fanuc, Fadal, and Yasnac controls
Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and travelers
Select tooling, fixtures, and machining strategies
Perform first-article & in-process inspections
Hold tight tolerances on aerospace and precision parts
Troubleshoot issues and improve cycle times
Build or modify fixtures when needed
Support workflow and mentor junior machinists
Machine Stainless, Inconel, Titanium, Aluminum, and Plastics
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years CNC Machining experience (Level III)
Strong setup, program editing & optimization skills
Solid G-code, offsets, cutter comp, and troubleshooting
Excellent blueprint & inspection skills
Experience with aerospace or tight-tolerance machining
Comfortable using micrometers, calipers, height/depth gauges
