Responsibilities
Shape and drive HR strategy aligned to organizational goals
Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning
Oversee learning and development programs and ensure effective use of the LMS
Guide compensation, benefits, and employee recognition initiatives
Implement HR metrics, analytics, and best‑practice processes
Lead succession planning and support leadership development across the enterprise
Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws
Champion a positive, high‑performance culture and strong employee experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
5–10+ years of HR leadership in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
Experience supporting multi‑state, multi‑site operations (1,000+ employees)
Strong change‑management skills and a consultative leadership style
Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence at all levels
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into action
