Bid Management Digitalization Process Specialist

Cynet Systems is seeking a strategic and process-driven Bid Management Digitalization Process Specialist to join their Bid Management Proposal Team. The role focuses on identifying and implementing process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of the proposal cycle.

Responsibilities

Lead, implement, and support digital transformation initiatives within the bid management function and collaborate with the operational excellence team to drive larger initiatives
Analyze current bid and proposal workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
Design and implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort
Develop and maintain dashboards, templates, and tools to support bid tracking and performance metrics
Collaborate with proposal managers, operations, sales, operational excellence, and IT teams to align process improvements with business needs
Document and standardize proposal processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and customer requirements
Train team members on new tools, systems, and process changes
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented improvements and recommend adjustments as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification preferred
3+ years of experience in bid management, process improvement, digitalization, or operations support
Proven experience with automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel macros, SharePoint, workflows, etc)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with proposal development in technical or industrial sectors (transformers or electrical equipment preferred)

Preferred

Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification
Experience with CRM, ERP, or proposal management platforms
Familiarity with proposal development in technical or industrial sectors (transformers or electrical equipment preferred)
