Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

Actively manage and expand the established sales route ( Autonomous Territory Management )
Drive New Business Development through strategic cold calls and networking in the Vermont market
Present and sell new product lines to both existing and potential new customers
Establish and solidify long-term professional client relationships with customers ( Account Management )
Provide Five-Star Client Service, ensuring all customer expectations are consistently met and exceeded
Proactively assist the Customer Service team with collections efforts as needed
Accurately complete all sales administration paperwork and process customer payments
Attend all scheduled sales meetings and provide good communication to the home office team
Ensure the Company vehicle is meticulously maintained and report any issues promptly
Ensure Company inventory is stored and organized accurately

Required

Proven success in a professional sales role (e.g., Route Sales, Outside Sales)
A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is required
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time independently and efficiently
High degree of accuracy with numbers is essential for seamless order and payment processing
Automotive knowledge or industry familiarity is highly beneficial and will fast-track your success
Regularly maintaining and cleaning the Company vehicle
Maintaining warehouse stock orders for efficient delivery & inventory
Ability to deliver moderate quantities of product to customers as needed (up to 50 Lbs)
Assisting with annual Company inventories, which may require physical stamina
