Responsibilities

Assisting in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation

Coordinating project activities and ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule

Monitoring project progress and identifying and addressing issues or risks

Communicating with team members, stakeholders, and senior management to provide updates on project status

Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations

Supporting the implementation of project management best practices and processes

Managing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets

Providing administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings and taking minutes

Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools

Supporting the development and maintenance of relationships with external partners and vendors

Project Managers Jr. should have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

They should also be proficient in project management software and tools
