Responsibilities
Attaining and maintaining an IL Property and Casualty license
Supporting Account Managers in servicing a book of business and working with clients to answer policy questions, update account changes, assist with premium collections, fielding phone calls, and more
Working within our Agency Management System, EPIC and INDIO to create marketing submissions, proposals, Binders, and Certificate of Insurance to name a few
Qualification
Required
Some professional customer support experience and/or formal business education
Capability of attaining an IL Property & Casualty license
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic
Close attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Excellent computer skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Preferred
