Responsibilities
Provide strategic oversight of global AP disbursement operations
Lead and support a team of 7 (including APAC Disbursement Manager)
Ensure compliance with established SOPs and governance standards
Coordinate with Treasury for funding and payment approvals
Monitor AP aging and resolve discrepancies with AP Operations
Act as liaison between AP Operations, Treasury, and outsourced partners
Investigate and resolve payment exceptions promptly
Drive continuous process improvement and timely issue resolution
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable experience, with strong disbursement knowledge
Solid understanding of AP cycles and Treasury collaboration
Experience working with outsourced AP structures and vendor management
Strong leadership, communication, and delegation skills
Proficiency in English (required for global communication)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
ERP experience: Microsoft Dynamics (preferred); SAP or Oracle acceptable
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Exposure to global AP and Treasury operations
