Responsibilities
Lead the onboarding of new projects into the QTest test management platform
Ensure successful adoption across teams
Serve as the primary point of contact for all QTest-related activities
Provide training, guidance, and best practices to project leads and QA teams
Qualification
Required
10+ years' experience, of which at least 3+ years of experience working with QTest
QTest Product Consultant certified
Proven experience in QA/Test Management, tool administration, and user training
Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle, defect management, and Agile methodologies
Prior experience in a QA governance or tool administration role
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
Preferred
Experience integrating QTest with Jira, automation tools and with reporting tools like Grafana / Power BI
