Support senior bankers in the execution of M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory mandates
Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and industry research
Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials
Participate in due diligence processes and deal structuring
Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking
Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and transaction processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Preferred
Passion for the restaurant and franchise sectors is a plus
MBA or equivalent experience preferred
