Akkodis is seeking a Telecom Analyst for a W2 contract position with a client in Bonita Springs, FL. This role focuses on mobile device management (MDM), end-user support, inventory control, troubleshooting, and usage/billing analysis.

Responsibilities

Configure and support mobile devices using the MDM (Airwatch) console

Monitor and resolve Service Desk escalated incidents and problem tickets for Airwatch and mobile issues

Serve as the point of contact for new mobile phone/tablet setups, transfers, replacements, and decommissions

Manage ServiceNow workflow to fulfill end-user requests and incidents, maintaining service level agreements

Procure mobile devices and accessories for employees

Qualification

CompTIA A+ certificationMobile device managementWorkspace One (Airwatch)Wireless communicationsCommunication skills

Required

CompTIA A+ certification

2-3 years of experience with mobile devices, mobile device management systems, and wireless communications

Experience with Workspace One (Airwatch) or similar MDM platforms

Excellent written and oral communication skills; commitment to high-quality documentation
